Seriously though, did you guys know that you can track digital ads on Google, Meta and TikTok?

As in: type in the advertiser and see all the ads they have been running in the past year?
Sometimes even including impressions, exact dates and different variations of the same ads? 🤯

Last week, the Verband Deutscher Sprecher:innen e.V. (VDS) (the German voice over artists association) sent a newsletter to its members with this information. What an amazing resource for Voice Actors!

I have already managed to discover a sneaky client who was running an ad beyond the agreed usage... 🙃

Meta Ad Library
Google Ads Transparency Centre
TikTok Ad Library
👉 Filter by dates
👉 Set format to video
....and scroll 😅

Sometimes you might need to type in the ad agency rather than the product itself, or the mother company. Takes a bit of trial and error.

I also think on Meta this only works for Europe.
