Thoughts on… who did get the job!

This is a masterclass!

Every now and then I get an audition through, I record it thinking "I nailed that", send it off feeling confident that it might at least end in a pencil, and then....crickets 😂

And then sometimes, I see the finished spot in the wild.
And I think "FAIR EFFING PLAY!"

This is one of them.

I remember auditioning for this.
I remember loving the script.
I remember thinking I'd nailed it.

But this, bloody hell, this is fantastic work.

You know those casting breakdowns that ask for "grounded, real, authentic, non-announcery"?
THIS IS WHAT THEY MEAN.

It's so real, it's got an opinion without being forced.
It's relaxed with a twinkle in the eye.
It's got quiet confidence.

It's SO. GOOD.

If anyone knows who this is, please tell her she has a new fan.
